Public Relations Committee

In the most general of terms, the goal of a Public Relations committee is to establish and maintain a relationship between an organization and its public.  Various methods include:

  • Community Relations: Enhancing our Lodge position in the community through outreach efforts mutually benefiting both.
  • Crisis Management: Maintaining the Lodge’s interest and activities to governing bodies and elected officials.
  • Internal Relations: Serving as the conduit for information among the lodge’s membership.
  • Media Relations:  Conducting outreach to the media.
  • Publicity: Furthering the lodge’s interests through targeted media coverage of the Lodge’s messages and events.
