The Elks Veterans Committee’s purpose is the assisting of all veterans who served when called.  As long as there are veterans in need, the Elks will never forget or abandon them.

  • Our goals are to help the veterans by trying to brighten their days and show them, that as an organization, we appreciate their sacrifices. 
  • We  focus on hospitals, nursing homes, veterans’ organizations, and informal contact by inviting veterans to picnics, sports, dinners, fishing trips, patriotic events, and more.


Lacey Elks also provides Welcome Home Kits to newly homed homeless veterans. These kits include a variety of new basic necessities that an individual would need  like linens, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and much more.

On Sunday, April 23rd, the Veterans Committee ran its bi-annual Bingo Fundraiser, which raised $5,157! The proceeds went into Lodge’s Veterans account that subsidizes several summer activities for our veterans. The event featured a jackpot payout of $1,000.

Snacks, water, and bingo dabbers were sold. The 169 attendees and 8 Elks volunteers made for a very successful fundraising event!
